Mirties Slėnis is a hiking trail located on Parnidžio Kopa, a sand dune in Nida, Lithuania. The trail is named after a local legend that a group of German soldiers perished in the area during World War II. The trail is 1.5 km long and offers visitors a chance to explore the natural beauty of the dunes and surrounding forest, with a scenic overlook at the end offering panoramic views of the Curonian Lagoon. It's a great place for hiking and learning about local history and legends.

First you need to get to Parnidžio Kopa sand dune, you can either walk, bike, or drive from the center of Nida. The sand dune is located on the western side of the Curonian Spit and can be easily spotted from the town center. Once you arrive at Parnidžio Kopa, look for signs that point to the Mirties Slėnis trailhead. The trailhead is located at the base of the dune. When you go down the dune, you should keep right and walk on the path. You can see small signs along the way that will guide you. You will eventually reach the sign "Mirties slėnis" (Death valley) and nearby you can find few crosses in the dunes marking the place of the death of german soldiers. From there the path will start turning a bit left and you will reach a beautiful beach. From there you will start going back towards Parnidžio Kopa along the Curonian Lagoon
