Godhavn, now known as Qeqertarsuaq, is a charming town located on Disko Island in Greenland. Founded in 1773 by a whaler named Svend Sandgreen, it has a rich history of whaling and fishing. Today, it is home to around 839 residents and is also the site of the Arctic Station campus of the University of Copenhagen. With its stunning natural beauty and unique cultural heritage, Godhavn/Qeqertarsuaq is a hidden gem worth exploring.
