Godhavn, now known as Qeqertarsuaq, is a charming town located on the south coast of Disko Island in Greenland. Founded in 1773 by a whaler named Svend Sandgreen, it has a rich history tied to whaling and fishing. With a population of around 839 people, it's also home to a campus of the University of Copenhagen. The town offers stunning views of perpetual snow-covered mountains and is a great spot for outdoor enthusiasts.
