This is one of the many viewpoints and resting spots along the road in Gerês National Park. To enter, you'll need to pay a small fee, which goes toward maintaining the park. After that, you can drive freely and stop for a snack at the various picnic tables throughout the park. The roads are surrounded by an incredible green, unlike anything I've ever seen before. I recommend staying very attentive to the road, as it can be steep and winding, but also be mindful of the beauty around you. Also, watch out for the wildlife you might encounter along the way.
