Perdana Botanical Gardens, also known as Lake Gardens, is Kuala Lumpur’s largest and most scenic green space. Spread across gentle hills and lakes, it features themed sections like the hibiscus and orchid gardens, shaded walking trails, and plenty of picnic spots. The area feels peaceful despite being close to the city center, making it a favorite for morning walks and quiet afternoons.

You can easily spend an hour or two exploring, especially if you enjoy photography or birdwatching. The park connects to nearby attractions such as the National Mosque and Islamic Arts Museum, so it’s perfect to include in a half-day city walk.
