Prainha Beach is known as the best surfing spot in Rio. There are international championships held here every year.

The only way to get to Prainha is by car because there is no public transport that comes all the way here. This means that this is a very secluded beach, which is something I love!

Prainha Beach has a half-moon shape which is best seen from the viewpoints located by the side of the road leading to it.
