Jalan Alor is Kuala Lumpur’s most famous food street market, located in the heart of Bukit Bintang. As evening falls, the road transforms into a bustling open-air dining strip filled with hawker stalls and plastic tables serving everything from satay and noodles to grilled seafood and tropical fruit desserts. The lively atmosphere and mix of aromas make it a must-visit for food lovers.

Prices are affordable, but still touristy (as in, you will find cheaper options in local stalls outside of the market), and you can easily sample several dishes while wandering along the street. Come hungry and arrive just before sunset to grab a seat before the evening rush.
