The view from Palazza Regione Lombardia is one of the most incredible in Milan. You get to see the Porta Nuova neighbourhood, Centrale and so much more.

Only downside, is that it's not always open. There are selected date in which opens and they always change, so make sure to have a quick search to see when the view is open.
