Waterfall

Message from Misha Martin

Hengifoss waterfall in East Iceland is a majestic sight, standing at around 128 meters tall and surrounded by stunning red clay and basalt rock formations. The hike up to the waterfall takes about 2 hours round trip, passing by the beautiful Litlanesfoss waterfall with its impressive basalt columns. Visitors can also explore the Hengifossárgljúfur gorge, where elves are said to reside, and marvel at the colorful stripes and unique rock formations inside. It's definitely worth the trek for nature lovers and waterfall enthusiasts alike!
