If you're after a quiter lakeside spot, Bremner Bay is a lovely spot to head to. It is located just a few minutes from town on Lakeside Road, it’s a perfect place to swim, paddleboard, or just stretch out on the grass with a coffee and watch the sun hit the peaks - when the water is high, it is stunning here :)

There is also frisbee golf here too which is super fun, you can rent frisbees from stores in town if you dont own one!
