Paradis Gelateria on Karl Johans is located in the very centre of Oslo, in its popular highstreet. They serve very good gelato for being in Norway, so it's a great spot to grab ice cream on a sunny day. Paradis have a few more locations in Oslo, if you want a more scenic spot!
