Cantine Lunae Bosoni is one of my top recommendations for wine tasting of Colli di Luni wines in the area, due to the breadth of their offerings of fine wine and their connections to the earth and the territory. They also offer a wine museum in the same complex.

There are, of course, some of the region's famed Vermentino. But there's a good selection of red wines as well.

I admit I am biased towards a winery with these values:

For this reason, all Lunae vineyards are cultivated without the use of herbicides and use only natural fertilizers. At harvest time, our grapes are handpicked and gathered in small crates. We believe that we must listen to and respect the natural rhythms of the earth, because only in this way can we harness the best that nature has to offer."
