Your Epic Lofoten Adventure!
My name's Charles Post. I'm an ecologist, photographer and avid outdoorsman. My wife, Rachel Pohl, an amazing artist and designer, and I moved from the US to Norway's Lofoten Islands with our dog, Knute, and cat, Hannah, one year ago. It's truly an arctic paradise. We hike and surf in the summer, ski and snowboard in the winter and never leave home without our camera because Lofoten is epic no matter the season you visit. We chased our dream, built out a camper van and moved into a traditional red cabin on the sea. We want to share our favorite spots with you so that on your next van-life adventure, surf, ski or hiking trip you know where to go and what not to miss! We also included the best local lodges, shops, cafes, saunas and places to relax + visit for those days where the weather isn't cooperating or for those days when you want to explore some of the amazing villages here in Lofoten. And if there's something we missed, you can reach out for a custom itinerary or video call!
