Sole Uno is our family's favorite thermal bath in Switzerland. We go a couple times a year, often as a treat when we have visitors.

We always start with the series of massage jets in the indoor pool, starting with our feet and moving up to the shoulders. Then the outdoor pool with bubble beds, lazy river and many more massage jets.

We particularly enjoy the rain forest room, with warm rain drizzling down on you. Follow that with an invigorating "shower" under a cold waterfall.

Then we warm up in the hot pool, taking periodic short dips in the cold pool (15-16C). Don't miss the scented steam rooms with flavors like coconut/vanilla, lemon/orange, and mint.

For max relaxation, enjoy an easy float in the "Dead Sea" pool with 12% salt content (adults only).

We find the 3 hour entrance is usually just right.
