Location: Kolugljufur Canyon is located in the northwestern part of Iceland between Reykjavik and Akureyri and it's a must-see if you drive the entire ring road

Accessibility: The canyon is accessible by car via Route 1 (Ring Road).

Hiking Trails: There are hiking trails and viewpoints near the canyon that offer different perspectives of Kolugljúfur and Kolufossar. Some trails may involve moderate hiking, so sturdy footwear is recommended.

Best Time to Visit: The canyon is accessible year-round, but the best time to visit is during the summer (June to August)
