The Icelandic horse brought Sophie to Iceland and the nature and people made her stay. Born and raised in Austria Sophie had the childhood dream of riding with a free running herd over the highlands of Iceland. Since 2016 she is working as a tour guide. Sophie is riding through the most hidden places in the Icelandic highlands with guests from all over the world. When completely moving to Iceland she started to explore more parts of the island, not only by horse. Today one of her biggest goals is to pass the knowledge she gained about the Icelandic nature and culture to interested travelers from all over the world to create an enthusiasm like hers.
