🇬🇧 This place is hands-down one of my favourite locations in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Located right on the second-deepest canyon in all of Europe, the village of Lukomir is a place where time stopped. You can see how people used to live 50 or 70 years ago, one with nature. It's definitely worth a visit!

You can reach the village by gravel road, but you can also hike there – it's a beautiful route along Raketnica canyon, the second-deepest canyon in all of Europe. The hike is of moderate difficulty, and you have to be prepared to hike back from the village as well since there is no public transportation, so I really recommend you have the fitness for it.

Das Dorf Lukomir liegt direkt an der zweittiefsten Schlucht in ganz Europa und ist ein Ort, an dem die Zeit stehen geblieben ist. Du kannst sehen, wie die Menschen vor 50 oder 70 Jahren gelebt haben, eins mit der Natur. Es ist definitiv einen Besuch wert!

Du kannst das Dorf über eine Schotterstraße erreichen, aber du kannst auch dorthin wandern - der Weg führt entlang der Raketnica-Schlucht, der zweittiefsten Schlucht in ganz Europa. Die Wanderung ist moderat schwierig und vom Dorf aus musst d auch wieder zurück wandern, da es keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gibt, also empfehle ich dir, die nötige Fitness mitzubringen.
