The Scaligero Castle in Sirmione is a well-preserved fortress from the 14th century that served as an important stronghold for the Della Scala family of Verona.

It overlooks Lake Garda, and it's located at the entrance of the town of Sirmione.

It's one of the most popular sights in Lake Garda and a must-visit if you visit Sirmione.

Tickets: Adult ticket is €8, you can purchase the tickets on the spot, no need to book them in advance.
