Isgård is a very versatile site holding different wind directions and strengths. A 500m walk from the carpark gets you to the start of the ridge facing SW. This section start of small at 5m and gradually grows as it moves to the west. This section is very steep sandy cliffs which are super punchy. Beware of old metal fence posts hidden in the grassy tops.

A kilometre from the start of the ridge it grows upwards of 30m, and faces more South. This section of the ridge is covered in large pine trees, it’s very different to the normal pictures of Denmark soaring. Beyond this area the ridge settles back to 10-20m with some playful, mellow, sandy cliffs with grassy tops, similar terrain to Fuglsø and my pick for this site.
