The Eiger Trail is a short but stunning hike perfect for those looking to get a unique experience in the Jungfrau region of Swiss Alps. Starting at Eigergletscher station, hikers can take in the incredible views of the Bernese Oberland as they make their way along the trail. HIKE DETAILS:

Start at Eigergletscher station. The hike takes you at the foot of the famous North face of the Eiger. The hike offers you an incredible view of Grindelwald and the glaciers above you. The hike is mostly downhill therefore is easy.

Distance is 6 km, with 80 meters of elevation gain. It can take between 2 - 2,5 hours to complete. The hike ends at Alpiglen where you can take a ride back to Grindelwald or you could hike back to Eigergletscher station.
