Fantastic resource for anyone visiting NZ and looking for outdoor experiences. Personally, I picked it up with photography spots in mind. But overall, this guide came in extremely handy more generally for getting around and not missing any of the numerous (and mind-blowing!) sights. Rach has been very thorough with it, with loads of reference pics and detailed descriptions.

Bottom line: it's money very well spent!

I purchased this guide before my trip to New Zealand thinking it would be a great planning tool (and it is!). I am currently about 1/4 of the way through that trip when our plans have unexpectedly changed and we had to book accommodations in a completely different area than planned. I was able to use this guide to find accommodations and great landscape photography options all along our new route. Can’t overstate how helpful having this was!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rach Stewart's guide to New Zealand! I even had her plan 2 weeks on the South Island for us and her personalized itinerary is mind blowing! It's like the guide, but even easier to follow and she covers all of the details, like where to stay, what time to hike to reach a location for sunrise photos, what lenses and compositions work best, etc. It's so detailed, and well thought out!

Her work is simply amazing, and having her photos to guide the way in planning our New Zealand trip is the best!! I can't recommend her guide and itinerary enough!

I’ve tried various maps/services on Rexby, and the information provided for each spot in this one is one of the best (if not the best) I’ve come across. Rach provides details about what time best to visit (if photography in mind), how long it takes and also things to take into consideration.
