If swimming with manta rays is on your Bali bucket list (and it should be), Manta Point in Nusa Penida is the spot. Not Manta Bay, Manta POINT. People mix them up all the time, but trust me, if you want the best chance of seeing those massive, magical rays up close, this is where you go. It’s a proper cleaning station where manta rays come to get cleaned by little fish (adorable and wild at the same time). The water’s deep, conditions can get a bit rough, but the payoff? Unreal. You might even see eagle rays, reef sharks, or a mola mola if the universe really loves you that day. Come prepared, go with a guide, and don’t skip it. It’s legit one of the most unforgettable things you can do in Bali.
