Tanjung Aan Beach was, in my opinion, the most beautiful beach in Lombok! With its clear turquoise water, soft white sand, and mountains in the background, it felt like a hidden paradise. When we visited in September, it was not crowded. You can even take beginner surfing lessons here, where they take you further out into the water by boat with an instructor.

I recommend stopping by a local warung like Warung Rizki, where you’ll find free parking, a stunning beach swing, food, and sunbeds for ultimate relaxation. During sunset, there’s a daily beach volleyball game open to everyone, located on the far right side of the beach, towards Bukit Merese, the perfect sunset viewpoint.
