Nestled just outside Arrowtown is Ayrburn, a beautifully restored historic farm transformed into a stunning food and wine precinct.
Imagine manicured gardens with stone buildings dotted around the property housing different restaurants and bars.
We visited for a drink and ended up spending a long afternoon exploring the grounds and trying drinks at the different venues.
My favourites were Billys - a dining establishment with beautiful glasshouse and Burr Bar, a gorgeous bar amongst flowering gardens.
