I've been to Turkey many times but was astonished by Cappadocia - number one hot air balloon destination in the world. It has so many photogenic spots and I'm in love with the pictures I got. The food and local wine are amazing and the landscapes are out of this world. You can fit the main activities in a 4 nights trip but please check out my longer itinerary if you would like to extend.
