Escape the city bustle and step into a fairytale at Nymphenburg Palace, our former royal summer residence. You can easily spend a few hours wandering through the opulent rooms, but the real magic for me is the sprawling baroque gardens out back. It’s the perfect place for a long, peaceful stroll around the canals and lakes, discovering the charming, smaller park palaces hidden among the trees. While the palace requires a ticket, the vast gardens are completely free to enjoy.
