🛍️ Travel Insurance

  • Cover-More. Aussie-based company but has the best cover in our opinion. Easy claims, and covers the remote spots most don’t.

🏨 Accommodation

  • Booking. Best range of stays + free cancellation on heaps of listings.

  • Hostelworld. If you’re solo-travelling or budget-conscious, it’s gold.

  • Expedia. Great for bundles if you’re booking flights too.

  • Airbnb. For unique cabins, beach shacks, and off-grid gems.

  • Hipcamp. Campsites on private properties you won’t find on Google.

  • Camps Australia Wide. For finding campsites around Australia.

🐳 Tours

  • Get Your Guide. Has “Reserve Now & Pay Later” and great cancellation policies, especially for last-minute planners.

  • Viator. Also has “Reserve Now & Pay Later” feature and the widest range of WA experiences.

  • Tour Radar. Best for multi-day tours across WA if you want to go on a road trip without doing any of the driving (or the planning!).

🚗 Car Rentals

  • Rental Cars. Compares top providers + flexible pickup/drop-off.

  • Discover Cars. Often cheaper + includes local operators, but fewer options compared to Rental Cars in some cities.

🚐 Caravan Rentals

  • Travellers Autobarn. Great for budget travellers + free camping gear.

  • JUCY campervans. Compact campers that are easy to drive + budget-friendly.

  • Star RV. Home on wheels, higher-end vans with more space if you’re after more comfort while on the road.

📱 Apps We NEVER Travel Without

  • WikiCamps. The holy grail for free/paid campsites, toilets, water & dump points

  • Camps Australia Wide. For finding campsites around Australia.

  • Fuel Map. Helps you find the cheapest servo around.

  • Google Maps (offline). Download your route before losing the signal.

📸 Take the Best Photos

  • Insta360. Our FAVOURITE travel camera so far. Epic for underwater, driving, and wide-angle shots.

  • DJI Mini Drone. The best drone out there. Lightweight, beginner-friendly, and has excellent video quality.

  • Sony. But we aren't sure if we want to switch to Canon now. Sony has been great though!

🌍 Not From Oz?

  • Wise Card. Travel card with the best exchange fees for spending in AUD + free debit card and no maintenance fees.

  • Airalo eSIM. Get an eSIMs so you don’t blow your data on day one! We use this every time we travel overseas.
