The National Historical Museum in Argentina, also known as Museo Histórico Nacional, is a museum dedicated to the history of Argentina. Established in 1889, the museum houses over 50,000 items related to the Revolucion de Mayo and the Argentine War of Independence.

For history buffs, this museum is a must visit, as it details Argentina's history up to 1950. It is free to visit in Plaza Lezama.

Fun fact: You can see San Martin's sword here guarded by the Granaderos, the infantry he created.
