This alleyway bordering the train tracks was in disrepair until very recently. First came Pasaje Echeverria, the same alleyway on the other side of Avenida Juramento. Then they revamped this section of the same alley, calling it ViaViva Barrio Chino. Now it's a pedestrian alleyway lined with restaurants offering just about everything from pizza to coffee served in cookie cups and even sushi to bubble tea.

It's great for lunch, happy hour, or dinner. My main recommendation is to avoid it for lunch on hot summer days as shade is sparse.
