The Costanera Norte - the Rio de la Plata coastline in front of the Aeroparque airport - is famous for it's many street meat carts dishing up steak, bondiola, and chorizo sandwiches.

There are plenty to choose from but I love Abuela Lidia. She has a wide variety of sauces including red and green chimichurris, pickled vegetables, and more to spice up your classic sandwich.

People often come to the river to fish, so sit back in your plastic chair in the sun and watch the fisherman on one side, and planes take off and land on the other side of the street. This is a great lunch on for a sunny day.
