We have been through the menu card at Taberna Dos Ferreiros many times. That's because this was one of our go to restaurants back, when we lived in Ajuda, right next to Belém.

And oh boy have we been happily surprised every single time, we have dug into their incredible food.

The restaurant is tucked away in a narrow alley in the historical neighborhood of Belém. The food is affordable and served in big portions.

We can literally recommend everything on their menu card, but among our favorites is the pica pau, the pork ribs, arroz de pato (duck rice) and their tempura beans.
