This long cute stairway is a wonderful example of the European charm that is to be found many places around Lisbon.

You essentially walk on a road of stairs and on your way to the top you’ll pass plenty of cute restaurants and bars. The view when climbing these stairs is stunning as you get to enjoy the view to the other side of the city.

Its is also a great short cut to go from the downtown area of Rossio to the stunning neighborhoods of Principe real and Chiado.
