This is the most popular market in Lisbon and though it's quite touristy place, it's still worth visiting. You have a selection of some of the best food in Portugal here, although it has been commercialized to a certain degree. It used to be more authentic, but as Lisbon has gotten evermore popular, it's normal you see it fade.

We would come here in the morning to get fresh fish and groceries along with beautiful flowers from next door, but if you visit as a tourist we recommend you to go to a handful of different places so you can try a little of everything.
