This amazing restaurant we decided to give a try, when Joen's mother went on a trip to Lisbon with us, and boy was it an experience!

Never had we thought that a vegetarian dinner experience would be as flavorful and magnificent as we the one we had at Encanto.

The restaurant focuses on sustainability and works with ingredients from mostly organic and fair trade sources.

The dinner we had here is among one of our top five dinner experiences in the world. And that comes from someone who has eaten at the best restaurants in the world such as Noma and Geranium.

Encanto also recently received its first Michelin star, which is impressive considering how new it is. The chef here is the Portuguese food guru, Jose Avilléz, and we personally think that this is his best restaurant yet.
