This chairlift travels from Cardada (1340m) to Cimetta (1670m). It's an unique sideways-facing chairlift (2-seater), making it easier to enjoy the panorama views. Travel time 7 mins.

At the top, you can do a short walk up to an observation deck overlooking Lago Maggiore. There is a restaurant here and popular launch point for paragliding.

Tickets:
You can buy a ticket that includes both the Carada cable car and this chairlift. Buy this ticket at the Cardada cable car station in Oreslina (not at the Locarno funicular station).

In most cases, you'll need a round trip ticket. If you plan to hike down from Cimetta to Cardada, you can get just a one-way ticket for the chairlift and round trip on the cable car.
