This little "island" on Lake Lungern is a lovely spot for a picnic. It has grassy lawns in both sun and shade and several benches around the edges.

See location on map.

To reach the island, it's a 10 min walk from the parking and 15 min walk from the Lungern train station.

It's not easy to swim from here, as there are no good entry points. Better to swim from the "Badi" park near the parking area.
