This hut is located at 2039m, on the popular long distance on Via Alpine route - Stage 12: Lauterbrunnen - Griesalp.

It's about a 2 hour hike from Mürren, 3 hours from Gimmelwald.

Cafe

During the day, their cafe is open for drinks, snacks and hot meals. They have a nice patio with a view with picnic tables and lounge chairs and sun umbrellas. The hut has drinkable water in the bathroom taps and a fountain in front of the hut.

Overnight

For overnight stays, they have dormitory beds. Duvets and pillows are provided. You must bring a sleeping bag liner (or rent one for an extra fee). There are flush toilets, no showers.

They also have one private chalet "Vogelhusli" with a double bed, private balcony and wood stove. Meals are served in the hut.
