This small bakery has the best pastries and coffee in the Sion old town in our opinion. They have lots of interesting, freshly baked treats and a gorgeous selection of artisanal loaves, including a black charcoal pailasse.

I loved my cinnamon roll, which was super soft with crispy, buttery edges. Their coffee was the best we had in Sion, made by hand with a proper espresso machine, not an automatic one.

They have a small indoor seating area (not particularly charming) and a few outdoor tables on the cobblestone lane.

This is a great alternative to your pricey hotel breakfast.
