The Wilde Kaiser Wienzeile bar brings the best of Austrian vibes to Zürich. They elevate traditional Austrian classics like Wiener Schnitzel and crispy Backhendl with high quality ingredients, careful prep and pretty plating.

We loved their homemade lemonade, trying both the ginger elderflower (aka Holunder) and raspberry yuzu flavors. I was too full for dessert, so I tried their delicious Viennese coffee. But friends tell me the apple strudel is very nice.

TIP! At lunchtime, they have an affordable 2-course fixed menu, a great way to enjoy this place minus the much higher dinner prices.

The whole place has a cool vibe, with stylish furniture, cool mosaic floor, and interesting details at every turn. In addition to beer and cocktails, the bar offers a nice selection of Austrian wines, also available by the glass.
