"The Nest" is the rooftop bar above Hotel Storchen overlooking Zürich old town, the Limmat river, and Lake Zürich. It's a gorgeous place for afternoon drinks with a view. They have a nice menu for both light snacks and more substantial fare.

Reservations strongly recommended, even just for drinks. To reach the rooftop, you check in with the hotel concierge and they will give you access to the elevator.
