Families will love this alpine playground located right next to the Bort gondola station. It has spectacular views of the Grindelwald valley and surrounding peaks, no compromises there. 

Our boys loved the climbing structures as well as swing, slide, mini trampoline, water play, and more. It also has a picnic area with tables and fire pits, as well as a nearby restaurant. There’s no cost to use the playground. It’s open the same times as the gondola.

Our family used this playground as a reward after hiking to the Bachalpsee lake above.

Tip: The Mountain Cart ends here and Trottibike starts here. So it’s a great place to wait with small children, while the rest of the group does the adventure activities.
