Fallbodensee is a small reservoir on the mountain above Grindelwald. You can get nice photos of the Eiger peak reflected in the water.

This lake is located between the Kleine Scheidegg and Eigergletscher station. You can reach it with a short hike from either station. This is a nice walk after visiting the Jungfraujoch.

How to get there

From the Eigerglestcher station, hike down about 25 mins to the lake, then another 20 mins to finish at Kleine Scheidegg. Total descent 240m.

From Kleine Scheidegg, hike up about 20 mins to the lake, ascending 75m. You can return back the way you came.
