This trail starts at the Stoos Fronalpstock viewpoint and leads down to Stoos. It passes through many meadows and one rocky section with a few switchbacks. It's a nice add-on to the Stoos Ridge trail or Stoos viewpoint.

We suggest ending this hike at the chair lift middle station (toilets here). Then ride the chair lift the rest of the way to Stoos.

But you can hike all the way to Stoos, about another 30 mins past the chair lift middle station. We don't think this last part is that nice, so we always skip it.

It does not have any dangerous sections, so a good alternative to the Stoos Ridge trail. Also it has more sun exposure and is lower elevation, so sometimes it opens as early as mid May, so possible option for spring.
