Betlis is a tiny village along the Walensee lake. It has a pretty lakeside picnic area where you can swim and restaurant, both with beautiful mountain views.

From Betlis, you can hike to the Seerenbach falls in about 45 mins.

How to get to Betlis

By boat: You can ride a ferry to Betlis from Weesen (bus or car) or Mühlehorn (train station). You can buy tickets on the boat. No discounts with travel passes.

By car: You can drive directly to Betlis and park along lake (metered, about 50 spots). The last part of the road is one lane and traffic only flows in one direction every 15 mins. So read the sign carefully to do it correctly. Learn more.
