These large waterfalls are a highlight along the panorama trail in the Engelberg Fürenalp area.

To reach these falls, start by riding the Fürenalp cable car up the mountain.

Then about 1 hour hiking to reach the falls viewpoint. Then hike down along the "Engelbergeraa" river, ending back at the bottom of the cable car. See trail details.

If you don't want to ride the cable car, you can hike up from the valley, about 2 hours one way to the falls. Just follow my trail map in reverse.

Note: you cannot get super close to the falls, nor can you bathe in the water below the falls.
