This aerial cable car travels between the Kräbel station near Arth Goldau and the Rigi Scheidegg mountain viewpoint.

It runs every 30 mins or more frequently if busy. Travel time 6 mins.

We use this cable car at the end of the Panorama Trail that starts at Rigi Kulm. You can also use it to simply access the playground and restaurants at this viewpoint.

How to get there

If you are coming by car, you can park next to the cable car at Chräbelstrasse 44, 6410 Goldau.

By public transport, take a train to Arth-Goldau, then ride the Rigi train to the Kräbel stop. Transfer to the cable car here.

This cable car is free with Swiss Travel Pass, Saver Day Pass, Tell Pass, and GA. Children 15 and under ride free with parent.
