Next to the First gondola station, you’ll find the First Berggasthaus Restaurant. It has a large outdoor terrace with a fantastic view. If the weather is chilly, you can warm up inside, with a cozy chalet vibe. 

The seating is divided into self-service and table service sections, so decide before sitting down. If you need something quick, best to grab something from the self-service buffet inside, which has soup, salad, sandwiches, and a few hot dishes.

If you have more time, we much prefer the table service menu, which has many more options. 

In summer, you usually don’t need a reservation until you are a large group.
