Our favorite laid-back place to eat in Jasper is the Jasper Brewing Company, which is the first National Park Brewery in Canada. Its three founders were born and raised in Jasper and created the space as a great community hub. It’s one of the best breweries in the Canadian Rockies, and while their beers are delicious, I love their food! I highly recommend trying their Halloumi Bowl!
