The Bow Summit hike is a short but rewarding trail in Banff National Park. It offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding peaks and valleys. Starting near the Peyto Lake viewpoint, the trail climbs through alpine meadows before reaching an elevated vantage point with breathtaking scenery.

While not a long hike, the steady incline makes it a moderate effort, but the expansive views at the top make it well worth it. Bow Summit is a great option if you're looking for a quieter alternative to the crowded Peyto Lake overlook.

It's also worth noting that it's the most popular ski touring area in Banff.
