Then head west to Fosslaug Hot Spring (approx. 1 hr 40 mins) for a morning hot spring soak.

Fosslaug is a charming free hot spring. It was absolutely beautiful, but pretty crowded. It's very popular amongst the locals. It was very hot, so bring a towel and some water. It's a short walk from the parking lot, about 10 minutes. It's in a beautiful area that's super secluded. There's a river next to it, so if you get too hot you can jump in there.
